1. Configure calling first
Open “Call the Clinic · Configure here” and set the default clinic phone link to tel: followed by the real international number with country code. Change its default label to show that number. Update any label overrides on the header and final CTA. The clinic phone number is pre-configured to +1 (555) 019-2834 and can be updated to your clinic’s direct line.
2. Add each doctor
In the Doctors collection, replace the name, specialty, introduction, biography, qualifications, experience, photo, and phone display. Set each doctor’s Call destination to its own tel: link. The directory and profile buttons use that destination. Duplicate a doctor item for multi-doctor clinics.
3. Replace clinic details
Open “Clinic Details · Configure here” to edit the shared phone display, address, opening hours, email, and verified map URL. Contact and homepage location sections use this component. Update the separate opening-hours panel and announcement as needed. Link the email text to the clinic’s mailto address when configured.
4. Curate specialties and services
The specialty collection includes 13 adaptable examples. Remove unsupported specialties and review every treatment description. Replace illustrative images with permission-cleared, specialty-appropriate photography.
5. Make it look like your clinic
Edit shared color and text styles. The site uses Manrope and Inter. The shared layout contains navigation, final call-to-book section, footer, and a mobile call bar.
6. Add only genuine proof
Customize credentials and professional registrations with your clinic details. Real patient testimonials can be highlighted with consent to reflect your personalized care.
7. Enable optional WhatsApp carefully
Only add a WhatsApp button if the clinic confirms it supports appointments that way. Use the clinic’s verified WhatsApp link and keep the phone CTA as the primary action.
8. Complete launch checks
Review the privacy policy with a qualified adviser. Check all clinic details, doctor links, navigation, every phone link, and layout at desktop, tablet, and phone sizes. Test actual dialer behavior on supported physical devices. Review and personalize all details to match your clinic before launching.
